For this page, you will address the Product/Service Evaluation.  Product/service evaluations can be measurable targets to aid in the success or continued success of a product/service. Examples include conducting a post-test survey to determine product satisfaction or to implement two monthly sales meetings to obtain customer feedback. Include a minimum of three evaluations with a detailed explanation of each.

When you are identifying what evaluations to implement a good approach would be to revisit your goals and consider how you would measure the success of that goal. If you decided to use surveys, focus groups or questionnaires of any kind the instructor is requiring teams to provide a list of five to seven questions that would be included in that survey. As with all other evaluations, this method would need to be further explained as to when, where and how this survey would be completed. You may list the questions directly in this section or include an Appendix page that has a “mock up” of what the survey would include.
