Description

Overview: A marketing strategy consists of two major elements:

1. The target market – A specific group of potential customers on which marketing efforts are focused.

2. The marketing mix – The combination of controllable elements of a product’s marketing plan designed to serve the target market.

For many years, the marketing mix blended the four P’s of marketing in a way that best met the needs of targeted customers. A new paradigm for the marketing mix reflects a movement to a more customer-oriented marketing approach known as the four C’s.

Imagine that Allen Smith (aka “Big Al”) wants to offer a mobile oil-change service for customers. This means that “Big Al” would go to the home, work, or any location in which his customer’s car was parked and change the oil and check the fluids.

In this assignment, you will create power point slides six (6) slides, excluding the cover/title slide and the references slide). The slides will include the following information:

Slide One – Describe the 4P’s of marketing in detail

Slide Two- Describe the 4C’s of marketing in detail

Slide Five and Slide Six- Describe the approach you would take to marketing “Big Al’s” business utilizing the 4C’s
