Once you have selected a gap to address, you will share it with your peers and the general community in a call-to-action. A call-to-action is a communication style that motivates people to do something to achieve an aim or address a problem. Your call-to-action will be presented in the form of a blog post. You should use an informative yet persuasive writing style that engages the reader. You are encouraged to share your experiences, observations, and opinions in this blog. However, please do not provide any confidential material, and please note that your blog will not be anonymous. Your blog should provide the reader with the following information: What is the evidence-practice gap?How do you know the gap exists?How extensive is the gap?Why is addressing this gap important?What do we need to do to close the gap?
