As a manager managing your employees well will often ensure the success of an organization and moral problems will often be a deterrent to this. It is extremely important for a manager to know when there is a moral problem and the steps to address this. Moral problems in an organization include; harassment of other colleagues, nepotism, giving false report to supervisors by junior and bad language in the office place.
There are various steps to address these problems and they include setting workplace expectation based on the mission and vision of the organization, always being fair when applying organization policies and punishing the employees with immoral behaviors hence encouraging good morals in an organization.
ESSAY TWO
Illegitimate opportunity structures can be defined the rule that usually operate within unusual subcultures. These structures are normally due to different access by people to institutionalized means. Furthermore, these structures are the opportunities for people to commit crimes for instance robbery. These structures normally come up as a result of the legitimate structures falling. In an organization some illegitimate reasons for terminating an employee include discrimination among many others.
I had to gamble in my youth to raise money to go and party with the rest of my friends. I also shop lifted in order to have fancy things in life.
