Discuss specific ways information technology can benefit as well as negatively impact the business with respect to hardware, software, and trained staff.
“Information technology can improve a business in many ways, introducing new systems to increase your productivity, make it more accessible and easier for the customers, who could access a 24 hour chat live for example if they need information or have any questions; Also, IT would help coworkers communicate in any place or time making the business more flexible. However, information systems could have some disadvantages for the business; most part would be because of the hacker danger, people could try to steal the company’s data, or hack into their systems. Also, there could be additional costs to improve the system and more personnel training and regulations to insure nobody put the business at risk”.
