The first video, Verbal and Nonverbal Communication, discusses the six ways that verbal
communication and non-verbal communication interact (for example, "repeating"). You
likely see all of these things happening in daily conversations and/or speeches.
List out the six ways explained in the video along with an example for each (please
come up with your own example and do not use those included in the video). Your
examples should make it clear that you understand each concept.
For example:
Repeating – if I tell my son that he has to be quiet because his brother is sleeping, and I hold up my finger
in front of my mouth at the same time, this is an example of repeating because my words and gestures
are essentially saying the same thing.
