To meet needs of culturally diverse regions, inter-professional healthcare goes beyond teamwork. Nelson (2021) addresses the need to integrate training earlier, before medical providers ever enter the professional healthcare workforce. Table 2 in Nelson 2021 offers five key recommendations for predoctoral clinical training programs to embrace needed change.

Directions:
After completing the assigned reading, select one of the five recommendations from Table 2 in Nelson 2021. Then respond to all of the following elements to create a 1-2 page APA formatted reflective paper:
Paragraph 1: Introduction. Conclude your introduction with clear identification of which Table 2 recommendation your will discuss.
