During this course, you have been assigned as the project manager for a project of your choice. This week, you will have the opportunity to present your project and all of the deliverables that you have worked on during this course. Your presentation will be made to the project sponsors as a progress update as your project comes to a close. Your presentation must include the following information:
Overview of the project’s scope, including any legal/regulatory considerations, and the underlying need or problem that necessitated this project
Brief summary of the Statement of Work (SoW)
A detailed review of the WBS
Discussion of the project resources and how you have managed the resources
Explain how the Gantt chart was used to allocate the project resources
Detail the project schedule and the methods that you used to create the project schedule
Explain the critical path and how you determined the critical path
Explain how earned value management (EVM) will be measured and used in your project
Summary of project’s scope and schedule attributes
Your presentation should be a video presentation (if you do not have video capability, you may use a PPT presentation with audio, but the alternative format must be approved by your instructor). Your presentation should include all of the elements listed above and be a minimum of 8 to 10 minutes. You will record the video and provide the link to the video in the assignment drop-box. This assignment is due by Day 7 of Week Eight.
