Our third case study of the semester will give you the opportunity to apply consumer law to the article on the NFL and its accusations of deceptive advertising on the behalf of DirectTV. The written portion of this week’s case study will focus on the article: Article: NFL Accuses DirecTV of Deceptive Advertising Over ‘Every Game’ Claim.
After reading the article please complete the following tasks:
