Your submission should be 1-3 pages in length.

Here is the step-by-step approach you should follow:

Identify the health condition that has elevated concern in your local area. The concern could be long-term (e.g., obesity, smoking, smog, hypertension) or acute (e.g., influenza, repetitive stress injuries at a local production plant). Suggestion: Begin with the CDC’s Data Explorer Tool listed below in the resources for this deliverable. Alternatively, you may use any credible database or research article as your starting point.

Identify which specific populations within your region are most vulnerable.

Write a PICO question to discover which socioeconomic, environmental, or other risk factors make this population vulnerable to this specific health condition’s elevation.

Write a SCRAAP analysis of one credible resource you select to describe the specific population’s vulnerabilities.

Identify 1-2 behavior changes within your audience’s locus of control that could help curb the rise of this health issue.

Cite your resources on an APA-formatted reference page. You need at least three credible resources to help support your position.

Follow standard mechanics for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and writing style.

Part 2: Evidence-based Consumer-facing Infographic

Use your research from Part 1 to create a single-page consumer-facing infographic. Be sure to include the following criteria:

Appropriate tone

Professional language

Identified audience

Royalty-free graphics

Credible resource

If using images that do not belong to you, please cite your image sources and/or use royalty free images, such as those found on Pixabay, Unsplash, or royalty-free creative commons image-sharing sites.
