This assignment is for you to consider your own aspirations of leadership and to interview a nurse leader in one of those stages. Please utilize the interview guide to form the framework for your 3-page paper (excluding title page and references page). Utilize APA 7 formatting and guidelines and use at least 3 scholarly sources (other sources may be used, but they must be in APA 7 format, and there needs to be at least 3 scholarly sources).

Paper Guide:

What leadership position do you aspire to attain? Why? What is your understanding (pre-interview) of that position? Find someone in that leadership position and secure a time to interview them.
